These terms govern your use of AIHEYcoder ("the Service"), operated by Beijing Tianyi Baobao Digital Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.
AIHEYcoder lets you describe what you want in plain language, and an AI builds and edits a web app for you. Your apps are hosted by us and can be shared via links. AI output can be wrong or imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing what you publish.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Account panel, which permanently removes your projects (except the minimal attribution record described in Section 5).
Building with AI consumes credits. Free credits are granted on signup and daily; granted free credits carry no cash value and may be adjusted as the Service evolves. Paid credit packs or subscriptions, when available, are covered by the Refund Policy.
You own the apps you create. You grant us the license needed to store, run, and display them (including to people you share links with). You are responsible for the content of your apps and for any data your apps collect from others.
When sharing an app, you can enable "Allow remixing" (off by default). By enabling it, you grant us and other users of the Service a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to copy, modify, adapt, and re-share that app within the Service — including its files and product description, but not your chat history or the data your app has collected from its users. The first time you enable remixing, you choose a public creator name; remixes credit that name — never your Google account name or email. Every remix must keep attribution to the original app and its creator, and every remix is itself shared under these same remixing terms.
You can turn "Allow remixing" off at any time; this stops new remixes but does not affect copies already created. To keep remixes correctly credited, we retain a minimal attribution record (the original app's title and its creator name) even if the original app is later deleted. Do not enable remixing for apps that contain personal information, credentials, or content you do not have the right to license. Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms and lists in full what you may not build here. In summary, you must not use the Service to create, publish, or remix:
Shared pages include a Report link. We may hide, remove, or restrict content that is reported or that violates these terms, and may suspend accounts for serious or repeated violations. Credits spent building content removed under the Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page. You may stop using the Service at any time.
