AIHEYcoder currently offers a free tier: signup and daily credits are free and carry no cash value, so nothing needs refunding. The policy below applies to paid purchases once they launch.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for purchases made through Paddle.
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.
You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period and will not renew. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.
Refund requests are typically processed within 5 business days. Statutory refund rights in your country remain unaffected.
