Acceptable Use Policy

General limits

These apply to everything, whether or not the specific idea is named in the list further down, and they apply to a single feature as much as to a whole app. We will not build or host an app that:

• is illegal, or that needs a licence, registration or regulatory permission you do not hold;
• is deceptive, unfair, abusive, exploitative or predatory — a stock counter or "N people are viewing this" that is not real, a countdown that quietly restarts, invented scarcity or urgency of any kind, charges that are hidden or deliberately hard to cancel, undisclosed costs, made-up reviews, testimonials or credentials, or anything aimed at people in distress or debt. A real deadline and a genuine discount are fine; telling your visitor something untrue is not;
• promises or implies guaranteed money, returns, winnings, cures or results;
• collects, scrapes, looks up, publishes, scores or exposes personal information about identifiable people who are not knowingly taking part, or sends messages to people who never asked to hear from you;
• harasses, shames, doxxes or defames a real person or business, ranks or judges real people by looks, worth or behaviour, or encourages or celebrates violence or harm — including self-harm;
• sells or promotes age-restricted or controlled goods: weapons, drugs, tobacco, nicotine or vaping products, alcohol, or prescription medicines;
• creates an obvious risk of chargebacks, fines, complaints or reputational damage for us or our payment providers;
• is materially the same, in nature or in the risk it creates, as anything prohibited below — the same product under another name, for a narrower audience, or with one ingredient removed.

Handling personal details that people knowingly give you is ordinary and fine: sign-up and RSVP forms, guest lists, a club members list, your own staff directory. The limit above is about information gathered on people who are not part of the exchange.

Prohibited uses

1. Gambling and wagering

• casino games, poker rooms, slot machines, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, or any betting table;
• sports betting, odds or bookmaking, prediction markets, fantasy sports; sports forecasting, match-outcome or score prediction, and tipster services — even with no money involved;
• lotteries, raffles, sweepstakes, scratch cards, loot boxes, or prize contests;
• casino-style or betting interfaces even with virtual, free, play or pretend money — including chips, pots, blinds, stakes, or wagering mechanics of any kind.

2. Adult and sexual content

• pornography, sexually explicit imagery or text, or material of a lewd or lascivious nature;
• escort, prostitution, or sexual-service listings;
• dating, hookup, or matchmaking apps and services.

3. Cryptocurrency and financial services

• cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, trading tools, price trackers, mining or token sales;
• investment, trading, or financial advice, signals, or portfolio management;
• payment processing, money transfer or remittance, currency exchange, gift cards or stored value;
• lending, insurance, credit repair or monitoring, identity-theft protection, or any other regulated financial product.

4. Fortune-telling and pseudo-science

• horoscopes, astrology readings, birth-chart or zodiac interpretation;
• tarot, psychic, clairvoyant, or spiritual prediction services;
• any tool that claims to foretell a person's future, health, or fortune.

5. Health and medical advice

• diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or symptom-to-illness tools;
• weight-loss, dieting, muscle-building, or supplement programmes;
• anything presenting itself as professional medical, psychological, or nutritional guidance.

6. Impersonation and synthetic likeness

• deepfakes, face swaps, or voice cloning;
• photorealistic synthetic faces, or any use of a real person's face, likeness, name, or voice without that person's explicit consent;
• impersonating a real business, brand, public body, or individual;
• automated categorisation, scoring, or profiling of people.

7. Deception, fraud, and malicious code

• phishing pages, fake sign-in screens, or credential harvesting;
• fake stores, fake receipts, fake reviews, fake credentials, or fabricated records presented as genuine;
• malware, spyware, keyloggers, ransomware, or device-unlocking tools;
• pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, referral or affiliate marketing programmes, "get rich quick" offers, or any predatory or deceptive practice.

8. Academic dishonesty

• essay mills, ghostwriting for coursework, exam or assessment cheating tools;
• unauthorised resale of someone else's course or certification material.

9. Illegal and harmful content

• anything unlawful where you or your users are;
• any sexual depiction of a minor, or any content that sexualises children — we report this and terminate the account, with no appeal;
• harassment, bullying, doxxing, hate speech, or content that encourages, promotes, or celebrates violence, self-harm, or terrorism;
• sale of weapons, drugs, or other controlled goods.

10. Circumvention, spam, and abuse of the Service

• VPNs, proxies, or tools to disguise the origin of traffic;
• CAPTCHA-solving, credential-stuffing, scraping-at-scale, or bot networks;
• bulk email, SMS, or social-media automation; telemarketing; political campaigning of any kind — including candidate, party, or campaign websites, supporter sign-up, and campaign donations;
• evading our rate limits, credit accounting, or content screening, or overloading the Service.

11. Infringement and misuse of data

• pirated media, illicit streaming or IPTV, or unauthorised resale of others' software;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights (see our Copyright / DMCA Policy);
• collecting personal data from your app's visitors without a lawful basis and clear notice.

12. Things this Service is not for

• taking payments for, or fulfilling, physical goods or human services — a simple brochure, menu, appointment, or contact page for your own real-world business is fine; an app that collects payments (apps built here have no payment facilities) or that itself delivers consulting, coaching, legal, tax, or immigration advice is not;
• donations, crowdfunding, advertising or sponsorship sales, selling paid community access, or job boards;
• marketplaces that let third parties sell to the public through your app;
• live-streaming or broadcasting platforms, and TV, film, or music streaming services;
• travel booking or reservation services, travel clubs, or timeshares;
• technical-support services, system cleaners, or antivirus products;
• impersonating or offering a government service, embassy, or consulate.

This list is representative, not exhaustive. The categories above are examples of what the general limits rule out; we may refuse, hide, or remove anything that we reasonably believe puts our users, our payment providers, or us at risk — including a category not yet named here.

How we enforce this

• We refuse to build it. Every build request is screened before anything is written — including follow-up requests that try to add a prohibited feature to an app that started out fine. Refused requests change no files and consume no credits.
• We screen what gets published. Before a new app is shown to anyone but its creator it goes through screening — we scan what was built and look at a picture of the finished page. Anything that fails is held for review.
• Every shared page carries a Report link. Anyone can flag an app in one click, without an account.
• Automated checks run on published apps. Pages showing credential-harvesting patterns are flagged for a human to review.
• We act on reports. An app reported by several different people is automatically placed under review and hidden from visitors while we look at it; the creator keeps access to their own work.
• Two outcomes. We can put an app under review — reversible, and the creator can edit and resubmit — or delete it outright for serious violations. Every action is logged.
• Accounts. We suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations, and we do not refund credits spent on content removed under this policy.

Reporting a problem

Use the Report link on any shared app, or email service@tybbtech.com. Please include the app's link and what is wrong with it. We aim to respond within 5 business days, and we act faster on reports involving minors, credential theft, or impersonation.

If we get it wrong

Reports and automated checks can misjudge a legitimate app. If yours was blocked or hidden and you believe it complies with this policy, reply to us at service@tybbtech.com with the link and we will review it by hand and restore it if we agree.
