We respect intellectual property rights and expect users of AIHEYcoder to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512).
If you believe an app hosted on the Service (including a remixed app) infringes your copyright, send a notice to service@tybbtech.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice", including:
You can also use the Report link shown at the bottom of every shared app page.
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material. Where the infringing content has been remixed, the takedown covers the infringing content throughout the remix chain — remixed copies that reproduce the infringing material are removed or disabled as well. We will make a reasonable effort to notify the affected user(s).
If your app was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to service@tybbtech.com, including:
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action.
We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
