Privacy Policy

AIHEYcoder ("we", "us") is an AI-powered web app builder operated by Beijing Tianyi Baobao Digital Technology Co., Ltd. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, avatar, and a stable Google account identifier. We never see your Google password. We do not collect phone numbers. If you enable remixing on an app, we also store the public creator name you choose.
• Your creations. The prompts you type and the projects (code, text, images) generated for you are stored so your work is saved and shareable.
• App data. If a shared app collects entries (for example a sign-up form), those entries are stored for the app's author. Visitors who use in-app login are identified to the app author only by an anonymous per-app id — never by name or email.
• Usage and technical data. Token usage for billing/credits, IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and basic device information in abuse reports.
• Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie when you sign in and an anonymous device id for the free trial. We use no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

How AI processing works

To build and edit your projects, your prompts and project content are sent to our AI model providers — DeepSeek (Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd.) and Zhipu AI (GLM) (Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd.), both located in China — which process them to generate responses. Images you attach may be processed by Zhipu AI (GLM) to understand their content. If an app you use includes AI chat, the text you send in that chat is processed the same way. Please avoid putting sensitive personal information in prompts.

Where data is stored

Our servers are located in the United States. AI processing by our model provider may take place in China. Google sign-in is processed by Google under their own privacy policy.

How long we keep data, and deleting it

Your account and projects are kept until you delete them. You can delete individual projects at any time, and you can delete your entire account (Account → Delete account), which permanently removes your account record and all of your projects. One exception: if an app you allowed remixing on has been remixed by others, we keep a minimal attribution record (the app's title and your chosen creator name) so existing remixes stay correctly credited. If you ask us to erase your personal data, we anonymize the creator name on these records ("a deleted creator") while keeping the remix chain intact. If you need help, or want data we hold about you exported or erased, email us and we will respond within 30 days.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not run third-party ads.
• We do not expose your email or name to visitors of your shared apps, or to authors of apps you visit. If you enable "Allow remixing" when sharing an app, remixes credit the public creator name you choose at that time — never your Google account name or email.

Children

AIHEYcoder is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and the date above.
